AstroVeda AI collects minimal personal data required exclusively for generating accurate Vedic astrological charts: Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, City of Birth, and Email Address for authenticated accounts. We never request sensitive financial numbers or national identity IDs.

2. Purpose of Processing

Birth dates and geographic coordinates are processed strictly to calculate sidereal planetary positions, Lagna Bhavas, and Nakshatra degrees. When logged in, your charts are saved to your private database profile to facilitate future access.

3. Data Security

We deploy PDO prepared SQL statements against injection vulnerabilities, BCRYPT password hashing (`password_hash`), secure session IDs, and HTTPS encryption over SSL.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full autonomy over your cosmic data. Authenticated users may delete individual saved birth charts or request full account removal at any time through their User Dashboard.
